Job summary

Southern Nuclear in Georgia is seeking a Refueling Supervisor to lead outage refueling and Used Fuel Loading Outages, supervising craft Reactor Technicians and driving fleet standardization. You will report to the Refueling Manager, with dotted line to Site Work Management, and ensure safety, readiness, and timely execution of complex nuclear operations.

Your leadership will focus on reducing outage duration, controlling costs, and developing crews through coaching and performance management

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial nuclear plant experience required.
• Technical and Project Management background in Nuclear Power preferred.
• Previous experience supervising craft personnel in a commercial plant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for execution and craft oversight for Refueling Services (50%).
• Manages resource needs in response to site operational needs (15%).
• Communication to key stakeholders in the corporation (10%).
• Reactor Services - Refueling functional area Perform functions (GOSP) (15%).
• Support site improvement issue assignments (10%).
