Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Refuel Floor Technical Director to supervise BWR outage maintenance and related activities, ensuring safe execution across outage and off-outage scopes. You will lead planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teams while supporting proposals and product line initiatives.

Ideal candidates have BS in engineering with relevant outage experience or a long track record in Refuel Floor work, and possess strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering and 5 years of BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance experience.
• Or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance experience.
• Experience as Refuel Floor Technical Director or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance.
• Lead project delivery planning, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Coach multidisciplinary teams including GEH personnel and craft labor.
• Support proposal development with input on labor, tooling, and logistics.
• Engage with senior customer and supplier management on issues.
• Support product line activities, training, and development.
• Serve as SME on reactor maintenance and OHEM equipment operation.
• Demonstrate GE Beliefs, nuclear safety, and quality culture.
• Drive compliance with processes and procedures across projects.
• Perform additional assignments as needed.
