Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Refuel Floor Specialist (Project Manager) to oversee BWR Refuel Floor outage activities, including Reactor Disassembly, Reassembly, and In Vessel Maintenance.

The role will manage end-to-end delivery from ITO through OTR and coordinate with GVH and suppliers for scope, schedule, and safety compliance. You will lead diverse teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive adherence to procedures while supporting commercial proposals and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent with extensive outage experience.
• Experience leading Refuel Floor outage projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Refuel Floor outage tasks.
• Manage all aspects of Refuel Floor project from ITO through OTR.
• Lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams including contractors.
