Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Outage Services Execution Specialist - Refuel Floor to support GVH's outage execution at nuclear plants, serving as SME in BWR Reactor Maintenance, In Vessel Maintenance and Fuel Movement.

The role includes off-season work and training duties, with opportunities to advance within GVH. Candidates must be able to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally and meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of three years of technical experience in GE Hitachi Nuclear Field Services core functions.
GVH Fuel Moving Certification.
GVH Reactor Maintenance / Vessel Technician qualification.

Responsibilities

Support 4–6 refueling outages per year at various plants, domestically and internationally.
Perform maintenance and inspections in your area of expertise during outages.
Provide supervisory responsibilities as needed in your area.
Instruct GVH Technical Training courses for technician development.
Support product line activities including proposals, development, and training.
Provide SME on reactor maintenance, in-vessel tooling, and GVH OEM equipment.
Demonstrate GE Beliefs and maintain safety and quality culture.
Drive standard GVH processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
