Qualifications

Associate degree required.
2+ years healthcare/hospital patient accounting experience.
Epic training certification required.
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

Design and facilitate training for EPIC and soft skills for adult learners.
Retain talent through positive onboarding and ongoing education.
Collaborate with Operations and other Support departments to deliver recurrent education to Referral Coordinators.
Apply adult learning principles to continually improve curriculum and develop value-add continuing education.
Develop industry-standard facilitator-led and web-based curriculum for best patient experience.
Influence culture by engineering organizational learning within the referral team.
