Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years healthcare/hospital patient accounting experience.
• Epic training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training for EPIC and soft skills for adult learners.
• Retain talent through positive onboarding and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with Operations and other Support departments to deliver recurrent education to Referral Coordinators.
• Apply adult learning principles to continually improve curriculum and develop value-add continuing education.
• Develop industry-standard facilitator-led and web-based curriculum for best patient experience.
• Influence culture by engineering organizational learning within the referral team.

• The Referral Trainer ensures a world-class patient experience by designing and facilitating technical (EPIC) and soft-skill training for adult learners.
• Retains talent through a positive on-boarding, training, and transition experience.
• Forms strong relationships and collaborates with Operations and other Support departments to develop and deliver recurrent education to Referral Coordinators.
• Applies adult learning principles and practices to continually improve curriculum and develop value-add continuing education.
• Develops industry-standard facilitator-led and web-based curriculum to enable the best patient experience.
• Has a positive cultural impact through engineering organizational learning within the referral team.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree.
• 2+ years of healthcare work experience, hospital patient accounting experience, including clinical software.
• Required Epic training certification.
• Strong computer Skills, Word, Excel, and healthcare financial software.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
