Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits for patients entirely remotely in the US. The role handles scheduling, ticketing, and multi-channel communication to ensure timely, accurate care delivery.

Applicants should have 1+ year of medical scheduling experience, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset. The position offers full-time hours with a base salary of $48,000–$50,000 annually and fully remote work within the United States.

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Use Float Health's technology and partners to schedule nursing visits for patients.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and manage up to 30 inbound calls.
• Schedule 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Coordinate care and confirm scheduling details via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and optimize workflows.
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
