PeopleScout, a TrueBlue company, seeks a Recruiter to join a team delivering staffing solutions for RPO clients. The role is remote, focusing on high-volume or hard-to-fill positions with exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades environments.

• Must have 1+ year of full cycle recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Skilled Trades.
• Must have 1+ year of passive sourcing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with multiple recruiting methods including passive sourcing.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences.
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract and source candidates.
• Facilitate weekly update calls with managers to discuss challenges and action plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS accuracy.
• Handle heavy client services responsibilities and data tracking to support the client.
• Demonstrate end-to-end recruitment practices across multiple channels.
