Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the supply marketing team projects, keeping initiatives organized and up to date.
• Coordinate marketing projects from inception to execution with stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
• Deliver organic and paid content across acquisition channels.
• Oversee the marketing content pipeline, working closely with content creators.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across paid ads, job boards, social media, email, and other platforms.
• Surface actionable insights from campaign and channel data, providing clear recommendations to optimize performance.
• Champion effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in all project stages.
