Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to develop and manage candidate-facing content, campaigns, and employer branding initiatives. You will partner across Recruitment Marketing Agency, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand alignment.

Ideal for an early-career marketer who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and campaign coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting employer brand initiatives or recruitment advertising campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills; ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience with social media platforms
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, GEO, paid social, targeting, analytics).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, interpret and report on performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests with varying priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendar aligned to talent priorities and campaigns.
• Draft and update copy for job postings, career site pages, banners, and social ads.
• Support storytelling about employee experiences, culture, and business achievements.
• Serve as first contact for recruitment marketing intake requests and coordinate asset creation with partners.
• Maintain templates and documentation for brand-consistent TA materials.
• Partner with agency for campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Assist in launching digital advertising, job boards, and social ads; monitor performance.
• Develop ambassador and advocacy strategies to strengthen employer brand internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and business units to amplify brand stories.
• Provide admin support for RM platforms, tools, subscriptions and vendors.
