Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to optimize recruiting technology, vendor relationships, and TA processes. You’ll drive implementation of new TA tools, partner with Procurement on contracts, and lead quarterly reviews with TA tech vendors.

The role focuses on improving recruiter and candidate experiences, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and metrics. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Ops, HRIS/TA systems, or related role.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, or pre‑employment screening tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized with multi‑stream management ability.
• Proven project management and tool implementation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external recruiting agencies and manage MSAs with Legal and Procurement.
• Support TA tech tools, vendor relationships, and system performance.
• Develop playbooks, process maps, and documentation for TA ops.
• Generate dashboards and provide performance insights for TA leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Legal, HR Compliance, and Data Privacy.
