Talnt is seeking a high-performing Full Desk Recruiter to join a fully remote recruiting team. This role emphasizes revenue generation with a 50% to 60% commission structure (no draw) and potential to bill $500,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter, 360 Recruiter, Agency Recruiter, or Executive Recruiter.
• Demonstrated success in both recruiting and business development, including acquiring new clients and filling direct hire, contract, or executive roles.
• Strong personal production history with desk capable of $500,000+ annual billings.
• Proven sales ability with cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from business development to candidate placement and account management.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers across targeted markets.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding hiring needs and advising on talent acquisition strategies.
• Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/CRM, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate experience, compensation, objectives, and fit.
• Manage multiple searches and maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate terms, placement fees, and offers while preserving relationships.
