Job summary

Lambdachi is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will identify, recruit, train, and retain new members for Lambda Chi Alpha. This full-time position requires managing recruitment efforts and working closely with various stakeholders.

Candidates should have experience in sales or recruitment, knowledge of fraternity/sorority life, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Extensive travel and commitment to the organization's values are essential, along with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruitment and leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of fraternity/sorority life and Chapter operations.
• Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-ground recruitment efforts and manage day-to-day projects.
• Own Lambda Chi Alpha’s recruitment cycle and train new members.
• Articulate the organization's vision and values to potential members.
• Onboard new Associate Members and facilitate training workshops.
• Manage stakeholders for new Associate Chapters and their growth.
