Overview

We are seeking a professional and outgoing individual to join our team! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading nonprofit organization. Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Location: Lenexa, KS

Responsibilities

• Set up tables/tents in high-traffic campus areas
• Engage students and add them to the marrow registry
• Lead and coordinate volunteer groups (sororities, fraternities, etc.)
• Approach 300+ individuals per day
• On feet most of the day, often in hot weather
• Responsible for setup, takedown, and overall event leadership
• Typically schedule 3 events/week (more during October, fewer after Thanksgiving)

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Outgoing, proactive, high energy, and charismatic
• Comfortable with physical demands (standing, lifting equipment)
• Able to lead and inspire volunteers
• Self-motivated and organized
• Experience with sales, customer service, or public-facing roles preferred
• Experience connecting with college-age individuals preferred
• Public health or nonprofit experience is a plus
