Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to drive student recruitment, engage with families, and promote academic programs from a remote location in the Midwest. You will coordinate outreach and enrollment processes while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in recruitment or enrollment, CRM proficiency, and availability for some evenings and weekends with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years' equivalent experience in student recruitment or enrollment.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Evening/weekend availability and travel up to 50% to support outreach events.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
• Excellent customer service in a professional environment.
• This is a remote position.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for prospective families and promote programs.
• Direct outreach strategy execution and maintain engagement and enrollment documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness through oversight and analysis.
