Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, employing cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for hire, building strong networks and delivering solid submit-to-interview ratios while meeting weekly and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong market research and passive/active sourcing skills.
• Experience with high-volume, deadline-driven recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from screening to interview coordination and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Present strong talent for open positions and advise on client expectations.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure submit-to-interview metrics.
