Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, combining market intelligence with cutting-edge recruitment strategies to deliver top talent.

You will oversee the full cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates—while building strong relationships, meeting submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer targets, and reporting in ATS.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and incorporate feedback.
• Strong pipeline management and clear communication of pipeline status.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience executing recruitment strategies including RPO and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate identification, screening, interviews, and feedback.
• Build a network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open roles and handle objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related reports.
