Job summary

Wilson Recruitment Team in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to act as trusted advisor to clients and candidates. You will combine modern recruitment strategies, market intelligence, and hands-on screening to deliver top talent and exceptional service.

You will own the candidate journey, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and report on pipelines. A strong work ethic, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset are essential, with bonus/benefits

Qualifications

Experience performing all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Ability to exceed performance goals and implement feedback to improve outcomes.
Strong pipeline communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee the selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering stakeholder feedback.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to engage passive and active candidates.
Present strong talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and processes to add client value.
Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
Update ATS data and related administrative reports.
