Job summary

Wilson, a talent acquisition firm, seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in Tallahassee. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a champion for candidates, using contemporary recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent.

You will oversee the full cycle—from sourcing and screening through interviews to offers—while building solid relationships, meeting weekly submit-to-hire goals, and maintaining accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across client needs and markets.
• Strong market research and passive candidate sourcing skills.
• Experience presenting candidates to clients and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews, gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related reports.
