Job summary

WilsonHCG seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic, and talented team. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hire to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes building relationships with hiring managers, delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios, and using market intelligence to identify top talent in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Strong market research and passive sourcing skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and managing candidate pipelines.
• Excellent client-focused communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback collection.
• Build a network of candidates through ongoing bench management and market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Present candidates to clients and advise on compensation and process.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit/hire goals are met.
• Update ATS data and related reports.
