Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a small, globally distributed team while driving end-to-end recruiting for Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and G&A. You will actively source, partner with executives, and implement scalable processes to improve hiring outcomes.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a remote-based, US-only candidate pool, requiring a strong track record of tech recruiting in fast‑growing SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including enterprise GTM roles.
• Experience leading a small recruiting team.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for roles across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast demand and advise on talent market dynamics.
• Coach and develop a small global recruiting team with a focus on quality and speed.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring practices across regions.
• Improve candidate and hiring manager experience continuously.
