You will partner with senior Data leaders, shape search strategies, and drive data-driven decisions to accelerate growth in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing recruiters or a recruiting function in a high-growth tech environment.
• 7+ years of professional technical recruiting across individual contributor and management roles.
• Strong expertise in Data Science or Data Engineering recruiting.
• Strategic advisor to senior leaders using data, market insights and business context.
• Strong analytical and first-principles thinking; diagnose funnel gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure quickly, and maintain momentum in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters hiring across Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Partner with Data leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver scalable recruiting solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders using market intelligence and recruiting data.
• Set operating standards, rhythms, and priorities for a high-velocity recruiting function.
• Use funnel analytics to identify gaps and proactively improve hiring outcomes.
• Monitor talent-market trends and translate into recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Drive improvements to reduce friction for candidates and stakeholders; strengthen the recruiting experience.
• Coach team members with feedback, performance management, and career development.
