Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Enablement Operations Contractor to act as the operational engine of the GRE team. You will manage day-to-day execution, content maintenance, learning assignments, and onboarding logistics for a global recruiting operation, enabling senior enablement design and delivery.

You will own migration, content catalog upkeep, and data-driven engagement efforts, working remotely with a multi-time-zone team. 6-month term, $50–$55/hr, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in learning operations, recruiting operations, enablement coordination, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Experience pulling and analyzing learning or program metrics (registration, completion, attendance).
• Proficiency with learning management systems or content platforms (e.g., ACT/Astro’s Course Tracker, Trailhead, or similar).
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft stakeholder-facing updates and communications journeys.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and proactively flagging issues before they escalate.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full content audit of the ACT Content Library vs. Archived Content and operationalize the migration plan.
• Obtain Trailhead certification and build content directly into Trailhead following guidelines.
• Track migration progress in the project tracker and surface blockers or decisions.
• Deactivate legacy ACT courses once migration is confirmed complete.
• Serve as the primary operational owner of the Global Recruiting Onboarding Hub and keep content accurate.
• Own the onboarding operations cycle: pull lists, send learning assignments, prepare guides and logistics.
• Maintain and update Welcome Call slides for new hire cohorts; monitor onboarding partnerships.
• Audit, update, and archive ACT courses; maintain Recruiting Enablement Content Catalog and Project Tracker.
• Monitor Tech Stack releases and update related content; deprecate Highspot links across materials.
• Pull registration, attendance, and completion data; keep metrics deck current; surface insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups with RC Leads and Tech Stack partners.
