Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Enablement Operations Contractor to run day-to-day enablement programs for the GRE team. You will manage content maintenance, onboarding operations, and metric reporting, enabling senior staff to focus on design and delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of learning/recruiting operations, strong project management, and experience with LMS platforms. Remote work is supported, with near-coast collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning operations, recruiting operations, enablement coordination, or a related field
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
• Experience pulling and analyzing learning or program metrics (registration, completion, attendance rates)
• Proficiency with learning management systems or content platforms (ACT/Astro's Course Tracker, Trailhead, or similar)
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft stakeholder-facing updates and communications journeys
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and proactively flagging issues

Responsibilities

• Execute the full content audit of ACT Content Library vs. Archived Content and migrate per plan
• Obtain Trailhead certification and build content into Trailhead following guidelines
• Track migration progress and surface blockers or decisions needing input
• Deactivate legacy ACT courses once migration is confirmed complete
• Own Global Recruiting Onboarding Hub content accuracy and onboarding ops
• Pull audience lists, ensure learning assignments are sent on time
• Keep Welcome Call decks updated for new hire cohorts
• Monitor RC Onboarding partnership and flag issues proactively
• Audit, update, and archive ACT courses across tracks
• Maintain Recruiting Enablement Content Catalog and Project Tracker
• Monitor Tech Stack releases and update related content
• Deprecate Highspot links across enablement assets
• Flag broken links or course errors to GRE team
• Pull registration, attendance, and completion data
• Keep the Metrics deck current as a living document
• Measure engagement with AI-first microlearning journeys
• Build communications to drive participation
• Surface insights to inform program decisions
• Log enablement requests and triage them
• Maintain project tracker with real-time status
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups with stakeholders
• Manage Training Catalog as source of truth
• Handle routine stakeholder communications
