Qualifications

• 2+ years in learning operations, recruiting operations, enablement coordination, or related field.
• Strong PM skills with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience pulling and analyzing learning or program metrics such as registrations and completions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full content audit and migration from legacy course tracker to Trailhead.
• Own operations for Global Recruiting Onboarding program across new‑hire cohorts.
• Maintain content across enablement tracks and monitor tech stack releases.
• Analyze registration, attendance, and completion data to inform program decisions.
