Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a strategic Recruiting Operations Manager to join the Global Recruiting Optimization team. This role drives operational excellence across the recruiting organization, acting as an SME on processes, systems, and governance.

You will partner with Recruiting leadership to optimize the tech stack, workflows, and data insights, enabling scalable programs and cross-functional alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and lifecycle workflows; able to operate as an SME.
• Experience supporting large-scale tech or process implementations and managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, and develop recommendations.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills; able to synthesize and connect large volumes of information.
• Skilled in stakeholder influence and driving alignment in cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Slack, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management & Process Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Recruiting Systems & Tool Optimization: Own and improve components of our recruiting technology stack (ATS, scheduling platforms, assessments).
• Process Design & Implementation: Lead scalability, automation, and simplification initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop insights.
• Program & Project Support: Plan and execute recruiting programs and technology implementations.
• Resource & Knowledge Management: Develop process documentation and training resources.
• Enablement & Event Logistics: Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events.
