Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in learning operations, recruiting operations, enablement coordination, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Experience pulling and analyzing learning or program metrics (registration, completion, attendance).
• Proficiency with learning management systems or content platforms (e.g., ACT/Astro's Course Tracker, Trailhead, or similar).
• Excellent written communication skills for stakeholder updates and communications journeys.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and flagging issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational engine of GRE during a critical coverage period, managing day-to-day enablement execution.
• Own onboarding and content maintenance: ensure content accuracy, timely learning assignments, and updated Welcome Call logistics.
• Maintain ACT to Trailhead migration, audit content, and deactivate legacy courses as migration completes.
• Pull and surface learning metrics and keep the GRE metrics deck updated as a living document.
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups with RC Leads and Tech Stack partners.
• Create and update enablement assets, including canvases, learner guides, and catalog entries.
