Job summary

Law Brothers - Injury Attorneys in Southern California is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to own requisitions end to end, from intake meetings with HR through accepted offers. You will actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

You will conduct phone and video screens, coordinate interview schedules across time zones, and maintain accurate ATS records to ensure reliable pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency
• High-volume recruiting experience required with ability to handle a large requisition load
• Experience recruiting in legal, healthcare, call center, or professional services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end to end from intake with HR through accepted offer
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo Talent OS, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone and video screens to evaluate skills and fit for a fast-paced firm
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS for reliable pipeline reporting
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communications
• Write and refresh job descriptions with hiring managers
• Support attorney searches with research and outreach
• Track personal metrics and collaborate with leadership to improve them
