TrueBlue, Inc. through RenewableWorks is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a remote, high-volume environment. You will manage applicant records in our CRM, build candidate relationships, and support recruiters throughout the hiring process.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, strong communication, organization, and multitasking. You will participate in job fairs, coordinate scheduling, background checks, and onboarding documentation, contributing to a smooth candidate experience and timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ general work experience in customer service, recruiting and/or sales required.
• 1+ year of administrative support/coordination experience required.
• Construction/Renewable Energy knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and updates applicant and associate records within our CRM systems.
• Forms network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates for temporary labor in construction-related roles (solar).
• Maintains regular contact with potential candidates for openings.
• Corresponds with candidates on hiring status via phone or email.
• Assists recruiting team in all phases of the hiring process.
• Occasionally attends job fairs, setting up displays and engaging with potential employees and customers.
• Handles phone traffic, schedules appointments, and maintains office email inbox traffic.
• Assists in sending out links to job applications and onboarding paperwork and updating results in tracking systems.
