Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for its RenewableWorks division. This remote role is based in TX and involves coordinating between recruiters and external applicants to build strong candidate pipelines in the solar industry.

You will manage CRM/ATS records, source candidates, and assist in all hiring stages. The position requires bilingual Spanish, at least two years in customer service or recruiting, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ general work experience in customer service, recruiting and/or sales.
• 1+ year of administrative support/coordination experience.
• Construction/Renewable Energy knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and updates applicant and associate records within our CRM systems.
• Forms network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates for labor in construction-related roles in solar industry.
• Maintains regular contact with potential candidates for specific job openings.
• Corresponds with candidates on hiring status via phone and/or email.
• Assists recruiting team in all phases of the hiring process.
• Occasionally attends job fairs, setting up displays and engaging with potential employees.
