Mistral is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team in Palo Alto. You will coordinate interview scheduling across time zones and support the overall hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to improve processes, data quality, and scalability of recruiting operations as we grow globally.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across global teams and time zones.
• Own candidate experience initiatives by managing feedback surveys and reporting insights.
• Maintain job postings, recruitment pipelines, and ATS data accuracy.
