Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract to help manage the interview experience for candidates. The role requires coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers across multiple time zones, while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.

The position reports to the Manager, Candidate Experience and will be based remotely near the Austin, TX area. Immediate start is preferred as the team scales quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role in Recruiting.
• Ability to keep information confidential and handle sensitive data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about people, networks, and technology; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all interviews across multiple time zones and keep candidates informed.
• Distribute interview details and materials to the hiring team.
• Partner with Recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Utilize ATS and scheduling tools to streamline processes.
• Support special projects as needed.
