Job summary

IntusCare is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis through December 31, 2026. You will own interview scheduling and coordination, manage multi-time-zone interview panels, and be the primary contact for candidates and interviewers to ensure a polished experience from initial contact through offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or executive/administrative scheduling role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) especially calendar management.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Ashby preferred; other major ATS platforms accepted.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Draft and send clear, polished communications to candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline stages in the ATS (e.g., Ashby).
• Coordinate logistics for virtual interviews including calendar management and video setup.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
