Job summary

IntusCare is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator for a contracted role through December 31, 2026. You will own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinate multi-time-zone panels, and be the primary contact for candidates and interviewers, ensuring a polished experience from first contact to offer.

This remote, US-based position requires strong MS Office skills, experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred), and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting coordination or executive scheduling.
• Strong written communication for candidate correspondence.
• Ability to manage high volumes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across time zones.
• Serve as primary candidate contact and manage interviewer communications.
• Draft scheduling confirmations, reminders, and offer logistics.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and pipeline stages.
• Coordinate virtual interview logistics and last-minute changes.
• Support offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
