Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain caregiver openings across approved recruiting channels
• Review applications and conduct phone screens to assess fit
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through pre-employment requirements
• Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline via referrals and community outreach
• Track metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness
• Maintain accurate candidate records and support onboarding
