Senior Helpers is seeking an HR Coordinator & Recruiter to support sourcing, screening, and onboarding for in-home senior care roles. The role manages postings, ATS data, and candidate communications, shaping recruitment programs with oversight from department managers.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS, and a collaborative, service‑oriented approach for a part-time position in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in caregiver or senior care is a plus.
• 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting; healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to pass criminal background screen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and managers to determine hiring needs and develop hiring program.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
• Create, post, and maintain job ads through ATS.
• Input applicant and employee data into home care software and ATS.
• Maintain candidate contact information and document all communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and orient new hires to recruitment processes.
• Develop full-cycle recruiting strategies using various sources including job boards and events.
• Track KPIs and use data to drive decisions.
