Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Excellent phone skills.

• Self-direction with exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage time pressures and multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, test, select and orientate all new personnel.
• Prepare, complete and maintain compliant personnel files.
• Represent company at job fairs, colleges and groups.
• Maintain full-cycle recruiting strategies and build relationships.
• Create, post and maintain job advertisements.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory entities.
• Meet goals related to staffing metrics.
• Direct-source applicants in various environments.
• Develop follow-up strategies to pursue top talent.
• Supervise talent after hire with reviews and motivation.
• Provide training opportunities for caregiving team.
• Maintain daily documentation in electronic records.
• Participate in on-call after hours including weekends.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Experience with NABS state system.
