Keen Home Care & Homes in California is seeking a Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator to manage our caregiver hiring pipeline and support daily personnel operations. Keen Home Care & Homes provides private duty in-home care and residential board and care services for seniors. We are a licensed Home Care Organization focused on reliable, compassionate care and strong internal systems.

About the Position

The Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for our caregiver hiring pipeline and will support daily personnel operations. This position will review resumes, respond to applicants, schedule interviews, conduct assessments, and help to ensure open shifts for in-home clients and Board and Care homes are filled efficiently.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. However, some flexibility may be required for interviews outside of standard business hours. The Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator may occasionally be requested to work a shift for urgent staff coverage or call-offs on weekends and holidays, as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is $24 - $32 per hour. This position is also eligible for the following benefits:
