Job summary

Cornerstone Hospitality in Kentucky is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates using our ATS, while managing multiple priorities and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, coordinating interviews, administering pre-employment checks, maintaining compliance, and delivering weekly recruiting reports to management.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing agency or high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Utilize the ATS to track applicants, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach).
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and client partners.
  • Administer pre-employment requirements (background checks, I-9s, onboarding documents).
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company employment laws and policies.
  • Support hiring needs across multiple departments and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly recruiting reports to management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide weekend coverage and support as needed to meet urgent or high-volume staffing needs.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our staffing agency team. Work Schedule

Standard Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Weekend availability required as needed based on client or project demands.
