Hasbro is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate interviews, travel logistics, and maintain recruiting data, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across time zones in a fast-paced global environment.

This temporary role lasts approximately six months with potential extension up to one year, remote in Washington State, and compensation includes an hourly pay range.

Competenze

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR/administrative support experience.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word; Greenhouse experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, including calendars and logistics.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Support onsite interview logistics, travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and job data in Greenhouse; document recruiting activities.
• Prepare weekly interview scheduling reports and monitor delays or risks.
• Manage the employee referral-bonus report and approve referrals for processing.
• Support interview-plan readiness, debrief scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Track recruiting activities and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Handle candidate and employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
