Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team. This remote role, based in Washington, is a six-month temporary assignment with possible extension.

You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, manage travel logistics, and maintain recruiting data in Greenhouse. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting coordination or HR support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ATS systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, operations, or admin support.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across time zones, manage calendars and materials.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring teams.
• Support onsite travel logistics, itineraries, accommodations, and expense coordination.
• Maintain candidate, interview and job data in Greenhouse with accuracy.
• Prepare weekly interview scheduling reports and monitor delays or risks.
• Manage referral-bonus reports and validate referrals for processing.
• Support interview-plan readiness, debrief scheduling, and communications.
• Track recruiting activities and process issues for continuous improvement.
• Handle candidate and employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
