This commission-driven role offers substantial earning potential with uncapped commissions. Base salary begins at $35,568 annually, with commissions ranging from $40k to $500k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to source clients and candidates with outbound activity.
• Comfort establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
