Job summary

GPAC is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter (commission-based) to operate as a remote Search Consultant. You’ll build client and candidate relationships, help fill urgent roles, and guide negotiations. Training and ongoing coaching accompany a high-earning, uncapped commission structure.

Base salary starts at $35,568 annually with commissions ranging from $40k to $500k+, plus benefits after a waiting period. GPAC emphasizes entrepreneurial mindset, support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data basing and technological skills.
• Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
