Job summary

gpac is seeking a results-driven recruiter in the United States to build relationships with clients and candidates in a commission-driven role. You will source, screen, and place top talent while earning uncapped commissions and a base salary with benefits after a waiting period.

Responsibilities include partnering with clients to fill urgent positions, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. A degree is preferred, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
