This is a commission-driven role with earnings between 30-80% of production. gpac emphasizes growth, guidance, and career development within a leading executive search firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfort establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
