GPAC is seeking dynamic recruiters to join a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will build relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates, filling urgent roles, and negotiating offers.

The role includes training, ongoing coaching, and a no-cap earning potential based on production. Ideal candidates have exceptional communication, negotiation skills and are comfortable working over the phone.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
