Job summary

Product Connections is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to source, screen, and guide candidates through a high-volume hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers across markets, conduct interviews, and manage candidate experience from initial contact to hire.

The role emphasizes building relationships, using creative sourcing techniques, and maintaining accurate records in ATS. A remote or hybrid work setup is available depending on location, with weekly pay and growth opportunities

• Self-driven with the ability to stay focused and productive in a remote work environment.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a high workload.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation.
• Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
