Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive the candidate management process with the hiring manager and finalize offers.
• Source prospective candidates using databases, job boards, and community organizations.
• Review resumes to identify matching skills and qualifications.
• Conduct behavior-based pre-screen interviews via telephone daily.
• Present qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager and manage the process.
