Job summary

Volt is hiring a Remote Recruiter - East Coast to support rapid staffing needs across our client portfolio. You will source, screen, and place top talent while collaborating with hiring managers and on-site coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

The role requires strong relationship-building, experience in recruiting or onsite workforce management, and proficiency with MS Office and ATS systems. This is a full-time remote opportunity within the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office, ATS, timekeeping tools).

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and staff candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and site tours.
• Manage candidate check-ins, tours, start dates, orientations, and first day success processes.
• Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and administer engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
• Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
