Job summary

Volt is seeking a Remote Recruiter to support East Coast hiring needs. You will source, screen, and place candidates while partnering with clients to deliver exceptional results and coordinate on-site workforce management.

The role requires experience in recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle employee relations in a fast-paced environment. Pay ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office, ATS, timekeeping tools)

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and staff candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and site tours.
• Manage candidate check-ins, tours, start dates, orientations, and first day success processes.
• Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and administer engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
• Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
